HR cum Admin Business Partner

JOB DESCRIPTION:

HRBP Function

You will be responsible for all aspects of Human Resources for our business in Singapore, working in close partnership with the management and group HR. This is a hands-on role encompassing HR business partnering and generalist responsibilities including Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Hire & Retention, On-boarding, Talent Development, HR Policies and Reports, HR Budget, Culture Development and Employee Relations, etc. You will play an active role in developing HR strategies to ensure the company remains up-to-date with progressive HR best practices.

Administration Function

As we are a relatively new and small sized company, in the beginning, you will also be responsible for supporting our daily office procedures. Main duties include managing office supplies stock, arranging and facilitating meetings, updating office policies as needed, preparing regular reports on expenses and office budgets, organizing company records.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Human Resources Management or other related discipline. 
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive human resources experience in energy or commodities trading companies or Chinese enterprises is preferable.
  • Highly familiar with Singapore employment laws and relevant legislations.
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese in both written and spoken. (Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin Chinese to handle queries from Chinese speaking employees and associates).
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions. Interest and experience in interacting with all levels and departments within a company.

Salary Range: SGD 4,000-7,000
